Every card we sell undergoes a rigorous authentication process. Our expert team uses industry-standard methods including visual inspection, light tests, and detailed comparison with verified authentic cards. We're committed to ensuring you receive genuine Pokemon cards.
Do you grade cards?
While we don't grade cards ourselves, we work with reputable grading services like PSA, BGS, and CGC. We can assist in submitting your cards for grading through our bulk submission service.
Shipping & Handling
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer several shipping options including Standard (5-7 business days), Express (2-3 business days), and Next Day delivery. All cards are carefully packaged in protective sleeves, top loaders, and bubble mailers to ensure safe delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping times vary by location. All international orders include tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items in their original condition. For sealed products, the packaging must remain intact. For single cards, they must be returned in the same protective packaging they were shipped in.
How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, we begin processing orders for shipment. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes to your order.
